"The drivers were so nice with the kids pointing out London sites and making them feel welcome. The taxis were both immaculate and their driving was excellent.
The contact before the pick up was excellent and they kept us up to date with arrivals as we were a bit early so they tried to get to us as soon as possible. I was impressed with the amount of contact from drivers organiser.
I would recommend them again. As this was booked through school and being covered by Lord Taverners charity I am not able to give a tip but was very impressed with the service "

"The driver was excellent. For some reason, he was coming from quite far away and didn’t arrive for more than 30 minutes late. This was incredibly disappointing (and the whole reason we had booked a car in advance for a very, very important trip). The driver knew a couple shortcuts, however, and very kindly and wisely got us there quickly and smoothly. Had he been able to be on time, we would have been delighted. Very competent, but clearly something was amiss with the booking system to allow us to be picked up so very late. "
